Very nice, cooked beautifully soft,,I soak these in either beef or chicken stock in warm water to rehydrate and just add a bit more water to cook for about 15 minutes to cook until soft . My husband used to hate soya , but soaking them in stock makes a big difference and now he loves them cooked in a curry or stew and he cant tell the difference between meat and this ,Hurray because they are so economical

Very nice , I soak them in either chicken or beef stock t o rehydrate ,then cover them in water just to cover and cook for 15 minutes or so till they are beautiffy soft then add to the rest of my veg , spices t o complete whatever dish I am making . My husband [a former hater of soya ] absolutely loves them now and really prefers this to meat now and cant tell the difference. They are also so incredibly economical and 100 grams goes a long way
