Jilebis are a traditional Indian sweet dessert. Crispy and saffron hued, they made from fermented batter of wheat flour and lentils. The batter is extruded in pretzel like shape, deep-fried and dipped in sugar syrup for few seconds. Jilebies are traditionally enjoyed in India as breakfast with glass of milk

Gits Ready To Cook Mixes are free from MSG, preservatives, artificial colours or flavors.
Ingredients
Wheat flour, lentil flour, hydrogenated vegetable oil, bicarbonate of soda, citric acid, permitted anti-oxidants
Allergens
Contains gluten. Packed in a facility that processes dairy, wheat flour, nuts and sesame seeds
Product Suggestions
Store in a cool, dry place to preserve freshness. Keep away from direct sunlight and humidity.
Instructions For Use
1.Mix contents with 125ml water and stir to a smooth batter. 2.Heat 250ml oil or ghee in a shallow plan,squeeze the batter into the hot oil making 3 1/4 circles and fry until golden brown. 3.Immerse Jilebis in warm sugar and serve hot or cold.

Delivery to Durban and surrounding is R55, to main centres (CT, JHB, Bloem, PE etc) nationally is R90, outlying is R150 and rural R350.
We are currently offering free delivery to main centres for orders over R750.

How long will it take to receive my order?
