Moong dhall is skinned and flat yellow moong dal which is easy in cooking and delicious in serving. It is extremely light in digestion compared to other legumes.

Moong dhall can be used to make delicious soups, stews and purees. Store in a cool, dry place to preserve freshness.
Instructions For Use
1. Wash thoroughly and soak in water for 2-3 hours. 2. Prior to using in dish, boil in water until soft to touch. 3.Proceed as per recipe.
