Ingredients
Baked Pani Puri: Refined wheat flour (maida), whole wheat flour (atta), tapioca starch, maize starch, rice flour, salt, turmeric powder, stabilizer: sodium bicarbonate (E500). Boondi: Chick pea flour, palm oil, rice flour, salt, black salt powder. Pani Puri Paste: Water, coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, black salt, salt, sugar, cumin powder, tamarind, ginger, black pepper, dry mango powder, red chili powder, fennel seeds, asafoetida, acidity regulator: ascorbic acid (E300), citric acid (E330) & preservative: sodium benzoate (E211). Sweet & Sour Paste: Water, sugar, jaggery, dates, tamarind, black salt, salt, cumin powder, dry ginger powder, dry mint leaves, red chili powder, black pepper powder, asafoetida, acidity regulator: citric acid (E330), acetic acid (E260) & preserva-tive: sodium benzoate (E211). Contains: Wheat. May contain: Iree nuts, milk, soy, peanuts, sesame seeds, mustard seeds & sulphites.

Instructions For Use
Make the Puri's EXTRA CRISPY: Microwave them (6-8 pcs at a time) on medium high for 15 to 20 seconds, let it cool and then they're ready to use. To Make Spicy Pudina Pani: Take the Pani Puri Paste and add 330ml of Ice Cold Water (or add water as per your desired quantity), mix well and there you have it-Spicy Pudina Pani!! To Make Sweet Pani: Take the Sweet & Sour Paste and add 220ml of Ice Cold Water (or add water as per your desired quantity, mix well and yay! Sweet Pani is recidy. Boondi: If you like the crunch, use the Boondi directly from the pouch. If you prefer it softer, soak Boondi in water for a minute, gently squeeze out extra water, and use it for filling. Now, the big moment! Make the Pani Puris: Place the Baked Pani Puris on the plate, make a little hole on the top of each puri, stuff half of the puri with Boondi, pour in the Spicy Pudina. Pani, and then the Sweet Pani. No waiting - enjoy the burst of flavours right away! Our Chef suggests that you can also make Dahi Puri using this Kit (Optional), here's how: Make Sweet Dahi by mixing 300g of Dahi (plain yogurt or curd) with 2-3 tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of salt. Place the Puris on a plate, poke a hole, stuff it with Boondi, pour in some sweet Dahi, add some Sweet & Sour Paste (without water dilution), sprinkle some cumin powder, chili powder & chaat masala. Consume immediately.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery to Durban and surrounding is R55, to main centres (CT, JHB, Bloem, PE etc) nationally is R90, outlying is R150 and rural R350.
We are currently offering free delivery to main centres for orders over R750.

How long will it take to receive my order?

​Delivery can take between 2-7 working days. It depends on the payment method, stock availability and delivery area (main cities take less time than outlying areas).
We make all the effort to make it as quick as possible though, and often send within 3 or fewer days.
