White Museli Powder, known in Ayurveda as Safed Musli (Chlorophytum borivilianum), is one of India’s most treasured Rasayana herbs and is sometimes called “white gold” for its potent rejuvenating properties. Traditionally used to support strength, stamina, and physical endurance, it is equally valued by men and women for supporting reproductive health and hormonal balance, aiding recovery from weakness, illness, or fatigue, promoting lactation in nursing mothers, and nourishing the body after physical exertion. As a natural adaptogen, it is also used to help the body manage stress and restore overall vitality. Best taken under the guidance of an Ayurvedic practitioner.

Instructions For Use
Mix half a teaspoon of powder into warm milk once or twice daily. Can also be taken with honey or used in traditional laddoo preparations with ghee and jaggery. Traditionally combined with Ashwagandha or Shatavari for enhanced tonic benefit.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery to Durban and surrounding is R55, to main centres (CT, JHB, Bloem, PE etc) nationally is R90, outlying is R150 and rural R350.

How long will it take to receive my order?
