1½ cup water
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 medium stick cinnamon
1 stick clove
honey to taste
Method
- In a pot, place water to boil on high heat.
- Add all ingredients.
- Boil for 5-10 minutes or until water reduces to 1 cup.
- Strain, add honey and serve.
Sip on 3-4 cups of Warm Spice Tea throughout the day.
Tip: For easy consumption throughout the day, make 2-3 cups at a time by multiplying the recipe and keeping in a flask.
