Combined with brown health rice in a ratio of 2 parts rice and 1 part crushed moong (khichadi), it makes a complete nutritional meal combining carbohydrates and protein. Store in a cool, dry place to preserve freshness.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery to Durban and surrounding is R55, to main centres (CT, JHB, Bloem, PE etc) nationally is R90, outlying is R150 and rural R350.
We are currently offering free delivery to main centres for orders over R750.

Should additional shipping charges arise, due to area or weight, we will contact you.
How long will it take to receive my order?

​Delivery can take between 2-7 working days. It depends on the payment method, stock availability and delivery area (main cities take less time than outlying areas).
We make all the effort to make it as quick as possible though, and often send within 3 or fewer days.
