Ideal for making saigo pudding. Ensure saigo is not over soaked or cooked on very hot oil as it will turn sticky as most recipes require saigo pearls to remain separate. Store in a cool, dry place to preserve freshness.
Instructions For Use
1. Gently wash saigo. Soak in water for 1 hour. Drain the water and use according to recipe.
