Quinoa is a great gluten-free substitute to starchy grains. A complete protein, it’s and excellent choice for vegans and vegetarians.
Whole white quinoa.
Store in a cool dry place.
1. Rinse 1 part quinoa under cold running water<br />2. In a pot, add quinoa, 2 parts water, salt and allow to simmer on low heat for ±10-30 minutes.<br />3. Once quinoa is tender to touch and water has been absorbed, fluff with a for and serve.
