Ingredients

½ frozen banana
230ml coconut milk (see our recipe for making coconut milk)
⅛ tsp vanilla essence
2 tsp of turmeric powder
pinch of black pepper
pinch of cardamom powder
Honey or Maple syrup for sweetness (optional)
Method
- In a blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Serve cold.
Tips
- Can use dairy milk as a substitute for coconut milk.
