These vermicelli nests with a barfi cream by Hajra are decadent and packed with so much flavour. A new and innovative way to enjoy vermicelli and great idea for your dessert this Eid.
Ingredients

Vermicelli Nests
200g VermicelliÂ
2 tsp Ghee
3-4 tbs Condense Milk
Barfi Cream
250ml Fresh Cream
3 tbs Icing Sugar
1 tbs Klim Milk Powder
1/4 tsp Cardamom (Elachie) Powder
Splash of Rose Water
Coloured Almonds to decorate
Method
- Toast the vermicelli in the ghee and add condensed milk, mix well, allow to cool slightly.
- Line a cupcake tray with cling film across the top, pushing gently into molds.
- Mold vermicelli mixture into each cup cake mold, leaving the center hollow
- Cool in the refrigerator.
- Whip all the Barfi Cream ingredients together until stiff peaks form, transfer into a piping bag.
- Unmold your vermicelli nests and pipe the icing into the nests.
- Top with multi colored almonds and serve.
