Super Energy Trail Mix Recipe
Loaded with protein power walnuts and almonds, nutritional rich pumpkin and sunflower seeds, Super Energy Trail Mix will keep you going throughout the day! The dried Turkish apricot adds a delicious sweetness that’s complemented by the hint of cinnamon and nutmeg.
Cooking time 5 minutes

100g Walnut Halves
100g Whole Almonds
100g Pumpkin seeds
100g Sunflower seeds
200g Turkish Apricot (Malatayas), chopped
¼ tsp Cinnamon powder
Pinch Nutmeg powder
¼ tsp Salt
Mix together in a bowl until evenly coated.
Store in an airtight container.
For extra crunch – nuts can be roasted prior to mixing.
